Family Law Data Bill ACTION ALERT

Joe Sweeney is a San Francisco Bay Area court reform advocate who is working on some very good judicial oversight legislation. The Family Law Data Bill would require CA Superior Courts to collect and record info about attorney’s fees/costs/sanctions payment orders.

Making this info transparent and available would be a big step in the right direction. To get this passed, Joe needs supporters like you to call your Assemblyperson and Senator to promote it. If you don’t know who yours is, look here:
